The Position

  • Based in the Gold Coast area you will be responsible for the direction and leadership of the onsite catering team.
  • You will be responsible for the provision of catering services focusing on quality menu design, food preparation and service, innovation, an awareness of food trends and industry standards, nutrition, customer service and satisfaction.
  • Supported by a team of loyal and committed staff you will be responsible in coordination for the operational and financial performance of this business.
  • Your hands on approach to managing the business will ensure your success, as will your willingness to go the extra mile in order to deliver results.
  • Engaging with a number of clients and customers your excellent communication and diplomacy skills will smooth the way to deliver operational excellence.
