Sigma Computing

San Francisco, CA

Job description

Head of Pipeline Strategy

Sigma Computing is looking for a Head of Pipeline Strategy to build and optimize the internal systems that power our GTM teams' pipeline generation. This role owns the analytical foundation of our sales plays: TAM/SAM profiling, signal identification, and performance measurement, ensuring every play we build actually drives the pipeline and ARR outcomes we're targeting. You'll partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Product, and report to the Global Manager of GTM Enablement. Based in San Francisco or New York.

What you will be doing:

  • Own TAM/SAM profiling and signal identification, ensuring plays target the right accounts, personas, and buying signals, and tie directly to pipeline and ARR outcomes
  • Serve as the analytical backbone for GTM programs: track message efficacy, conversion rates, and rep performance to guide what changes
  • Measure program and campaign impact through rigorous reporting, using data to continuously refine plays rather than just report on them
  • Build and lead a Pipeline Generation program with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Product, delivering field assets against targeted use cases and verticals
  • Identify timely GTM campaign opportunities using data and market insight
  • Project manage cross-functionally to pull together what a strong pipeline program requires
  • Collaborate with SMEs to define new sales plays for emerging product areas, plus the supporting assets (decks, sequences, discovery questions, call scripts)

Who you are:

  • You think like an analyst first, comfortable owning TAM/SAM sizing, signal identification, and performance measurement, and you use data to prove whether a play is actually working
  • You've operated as a program manager, pulling together Sales, Marketing, and Product toward a shared goal
  • 7+ years in sales enablement, revenue operations, GTM engineering, marketing, or related roles, ideally with complex technical sales cycles
  • Expert with AI, data, and the GTM tech stack
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Travel: Occasional travel between SF, NY, London, and Sydney offices, plus conferences/workshops as needed.

Base Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 base, plus variable pay, stock options, and benefits.

By joining Sigma Computing, you'll be stepping into a transformative role that will shape the sales trajectory of our organization. If you're ready to spearhead change and drive unparalleled sales performance, we're eager to meet you.

Additional Job details:

The base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000  annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for a variable pay (based on goal achievement), stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
