Job description

The TLS Head of Strategy is responsible for partnering with TLS senior leadership with developing and executing the LoB and market segment strategic vision in alignment with RMS and LM strategic objectives. Responsibilities will include strategic planning, allocation, and management of LoB business growth resources (IRAD, B&P, etc.), creating and executing a proactive portfolio shaping and resource management process process, collaboration across RMS and Lockheed Martin, and overall thought leadership on TLS strategic initiatives. Primary responsibilities include: developing and executing the long term strategic vision for the TLS portfolio by identifying internal and external strategic issues that could enable growth and profitability for the RMS & LM enterprise

Additionally, the Head of Strategy directs analyses of business opportunities, market and financial analyses of major business investment and portfolio shaping decisions culminating in recommendations to leadership of courses of action to further business objectives.
