Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to serve as Head Speech Coach. This extra-duty position requires availability after school and select weekends. Prior participation in High School speech team and/or relevant coaching background essential. The Head Coach is responsible for organizing team activities, scheduling competitions, events and practices to lead and inspire the team, foster talent and enhance skills. The Head Coach will collaborate assistant coach, students, staff, and administration to increase student participation and create a competitive Speech Team. The Head Coach should possess excellent written and oral communication and leadership skills.
