Job description

Sales Coordinator- HDI Sales
Sales Coordinator works directly with the sales team to ensure the item set up and asset delivery to retailers is fully executed. Focus is on meeting retailer deadlines and accuracy of information communicated internally and externally.
Sales Coordinator is responsible for working with sales team to assist with asset creation and curation of product information for retailer selling tools.
Sales Coordinator works with internal stake holders to ensure communication and processes are working effectively. Works directly with Order Management to ensure correct item numbers are shipping and Brand Strategy/BCI Teams that item set up and asset information is correct/meets retailer guidelines. Shares best practices and works with internal teams to outline, document and improve processes.
Sales Coordinator problem solves any errors in retailer systems and works directly with retailer merchant teams for resolution.
Sales Coordinator is responsible for item set up and asset delivery.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

As a Sales Coordinator your job duties will include, but not be limited to:

Item and Asset Set Up
  • Establishes as the Administer of Bandai to the retailers and is responsible for maintaining the retailer interface websites and systems.
  • Seeks out and meets all retailer deadlines for retailer item set up and asset delivery.
  • Uses internal tools and applications to set up items and assets in retailer systems/websites.
  • Fills out, ensures accuracy, and communicates any manual set item and asset set up forms required by retailers.
  • Maintains outside applications to support item and asset set up and ongoing maintenance.
  • Works with 3rd party set up companies to ensure they have accurate item and asset set up information.
Development of Retailer Selling Tools
  • Works closely with Sales Director/NAM to develop retailers selling tools and decks.
  • Ensures accuracy of product information and assets.
  • Aids in design of selling tools in MS applications.
  • Works with Brand Strategy to ensure product information and assets are updated and accurate.
Process Delivery, Ownership and Training
  • Ensure the processing of receiving and communicating item set and asset delivery is accurate and efficient.
  • Work with brand strategy to ensure process implementation and suggest improvements.
  • Communicate with Order Management to confirm accuracy of items shipping to retailers.
  • Aid with training for Sales Team members on process, tools and applications where pertinent.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred from four-year college or university or equivalent in any related field.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in supporting a sales organization or a retailer merchant team in sales support or associate buying experience in a fast pace, high volume, owner operator environment.
  • Must have experience working cross functionally with the ability to problem solve and resolve customer and internal issues.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and outside applications.
  • Intermediate to advance proficiency in MS Office suites.
  • Must have strong research and problem-solving abilities.
