We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead and optimize revenue cycle operations across our growing home health organization. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving financial performance, improving reimbursement outcomes, overseeing revenue cycle partnerships, and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of home health revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, denials, reimbursement, and cash flow performance.
  • Monitor and improve key revenue cycle metrics and financial outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Clinical Leadership, and external vendors to drive accountability and results.
  • Analyze revenue cycle trends and develop actionable reporting for executive leadership.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and reimbursement performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of home health revenue cycle experience.
  • Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and commercial payer reimbursement.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Preferred

  • Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience.
  • Multi-site healthcare experience.
  • Experience leading process improvement and organizational growth initiatives.
