We're looking for a sharp, execution-focused Program Manager to join Hardware Engineering's Operations team and take ownership of high-impact initiatives in our resource management efforts, especially focused on labor and work spaces. Our mission is to systematically enable and improve HWE's business and operational outcomes. That means building systems that scale, optimizing processes, and using data to drive the right decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, quickly turns problems into plans, and influences outcomes without formal authority. You will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of business operations and workforce strategy, using complex data to guide how the organization plans for labor, space, and growth. Your work will ensure the organization can scale efficiently while improving how teams operate and perform.
8+ years of program management experience, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.Proven experience driving multiple, complex programs with measurable business impact.Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams and leadership.Drives clarity in ambiguous, complex environments by rapidly synthesizing information, aligning stakeholders, and resolving conflicts to maintain momentum across cross-functional initiatives.Strong background in analytics and data-driven problem-solving, with a history of leveraging datasets, metrics, and models to inform strategic decisions.Demonstrated ability to structure and present executive-level materials that clarify priorities, surface risks, and frame recommendations to enable timely decision-making.Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience.
