This position is ideal for a candidate with experience in hardware or IT asset management, strong data accuracy skills, and proficiency in ServiceNow, who can effectively track, audit, and optimize asset lifecycles while ensuring compliance and cost efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hardware asset inventory across its lifecycle, conducting audits and reconciliations, supporting procurement and deployment processes, ensuring compliance with policies and vendor agreements, generating reports and analytics, and improving asset management systems and processes.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of hardware inventory data to ensure data accuracy.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Collaborate with procurement, IT, and finance teams to track hardware purchases and budgets.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Monitor hardware asset lifecycle and recommend timely upgrades, replacements, or disposals.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure compliance with vendor agreements, warranties, and regulatory requirements.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Develop and maintain asset management policies, procedures, and documentation.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Support incident and problem management related to hardware assets.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Generate reports and analytics on hardware asset status, utilization, and costs.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Investigate anomalies in asset data and resolve discrepancies.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist in the implementation and improvement of asset management tools and systems, with a focuson ServiceNow.

Required Education & Experience:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant discipline

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience in hardware asset management or IT asset management roles.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Proficiency in ServiceNow platform for asset management and reporting.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong ability to generate detailed reports and analyze data to identify and investigate anomalies.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Familiarity with asset management software and databases.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong analytical and organizational skills.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
