Job Title:  Hardware refresh.
Location: Wayzata, MN 55391
Duration: 12 months
Pay Range: $54.00 - 56.00/hr on W2
 

-Going from 6-year lifecycle to 48-month lease cycle

-80,000 devices

 
Job Description: 
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30-4:30 PM
HYBRID ROLE: Can sit in Wayzata, MN or Atlanta, GA (864 Spring Street NW, Atlanta, GA). In office 2-3 days per week. (RESUME MUST INDICATE WHICH LOCATION). NOT OPEN TO FULLY REMOTE CANDIDATES.
Potential contract-to-hire.
Responsibilities:
-Hardware lifecycle coordination
-Keep orders flowing smoothly from vendors
-Will be actively in asset management system, not actually handling the devices
-Will be communicating with internal teams, end users, and vendors.
-potential for building dashboards if candidate has experience with that (NOT required)
-Forecasting / coordinating / refreshing inventory to meet goals
-Work with the procurement team to coordinate POs as needed
MUST HAVES:
-4-6 years' experience (not looking for super senior level)
-ServiceNow (will be using ServiceNow's Hardware Asset Management tool)
-Basic specs of hardware (CPUs, RAM, processors, storage, etc.), do not need to know how to configure
-PC/Hardware refresh supply chain background
-ability to think through how different roles (plant workers, admins, etc.) will be impacted
-able to take instruction and then execute independently
-hardware focused but software a plus
