About the Role



The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator supports warehouse operations and logistics activities for the Reno Data Center Solutions site, overseeing approximately 300,000 square feet of managed warehouse space. This role coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, transportation scheduling, inventory documentation, carrier communications, and material movement to ensure efficient warehouse operations and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across warehouse personnel, carriers, vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities


  • Coordinate delivery schedules, dock appointments, and carrier communications.
  • Verify shipment documentation and receiving requirements.
  • Ensure warehouse readiness for incoming materials.
  • Coordinate outbound releases, carrier scheduling, and delivery windows.
  • Support load planning and shipment readiness.
  • Track deliveries and resolve transportation-related issues.
  • Monitor warehouse utilization, staging areas, and material flow.
  • Identify opportunities to improve space usage and reduce unnecessary handling.
  • Support inventory accuracy and storage discipline initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between site leadership, warehouse teams, carriers, vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders.
  • Track action items and follow up on open issues.
  • Escalate scheduling, documentation, or inventory concerns as needed.
  • Maintain appointment calendars, release schedules, and daily coordination updates.
  • Support daily site priorities and operational planning.
  • Contribute to a safe, organized, and service-focused work environment.



Qualifications



  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent warehouse, logistics, or site coordination experience will be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, transportation scheduling, material control, or construction support.
  • Experience in data center, industrial, construction, electrical, mechanical, or high-value equipment environments preferred.
  • Experience coordinating deliveries, shipments, inventory records, and carrier/vendor communications.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), shipment documentation, and inventory controls preferred.



Required Skills



  • Knowledge of receiving, storage, staging, inventory tracking, and outbound logistics processes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
