Job Opportunity at Oak Harbor Freight Lines

Join Oak Harbor Freight Lines and be part of a team that keeps freight moving and customers informed every day. In this role, you'll handle customer calls, schedule appointments, support drivers at check-in, and help track shipments from pickup to delivery.

What You'll Do
  • Handle inbound calls, appointment scheduling, and customer ticketing
  • Provide prompt, professional support to customers, drivers, and internal teams
  • Assist with driver check-in, ensuring paperwork is accurate and complete
  • Trace freight and resolve issues involving late, lost, or misdirected shipments
  • Dispatch pick-up requests and coordinate freight based on customer needs
  • Enter and manage information using internal systems
  • Build strong relationships with customers to support ongoing business
What We're Looking For
  • 1–2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Comfortable handling high call volume and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient with MS Office (AS400 a plus).
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic English proficiency required.
