Job Description
This position involves driving 24', 26' and a 28' bobtails to make pick up and deliveries at our customers locations. Oak Harbor Freight Lines offers and internal, get paid while training program for those interested in becoming a Class A Driver. The drivers work Monday - Friday with weekends off.
Requirements
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid DOT Medical Certification
  • Must have a clean driving record. No DUI or positive drug/alcohol screen in the past 3 years
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and dispatch/managers

Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently operate bobtail trucks of different sizes
  • Adapting to challenging conditions like inclement weather and various road conditions
  • Ability to meet the company's reliability standards for employees
  • Ability to chain as needed and to work in inclement weather as required
  • Availability to work weekends and / or nights if needed
  • Other duties as assigned
