As a Physical Therapist at Harbor Therapy Care, you will be working in a supportive and collaborative rehabilitation center environment that prioritizes patient care and professional development. In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Administering comprehensive physical therapy treatment plans to patients, focusing on restorative care and enhancing mobility.
• Directing therapy sessions and supervising assistants to guarantee proper delivery of care and adherence to established protocols.
• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients' functional capabilities through diagnostic assessments and regular monitoring of progress.
• Recommending necessary adaptations to patients' home environments to promote increased independence and safety.
• Implementing prescribed therapeutic exercises and treatment modalities while documenting patient responses and outcomes accurately.
• Maintaining effective communication with interdisciplinary teams, modifying care plans, and reporting any significant changes in patient conditions.

You will work closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery or injury, those with chronic conditions, and elderly patients requiring rehabilitation services to improve their quality of life. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in acute or outpatient settings.
• Active and valid DPT licensure in the state of Massachusetts, along with current CPR certification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations governing physical therapy practice, ensuring compliance at all times.

• Proven ability to make informed decisions, maintain a positive attitude, and foster collaborative relationships within a healthcare team.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be advantageous:

• Experience in home healthcare or community-based physical therapy settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth services and remote patient monitoring tools.
• Demonstrated experience working with elderly populations or individuals with complex health conditions.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, including:
