We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Volunteer Coordinator Directorย position in the Houston area.


Job Description:

The Volunteer Coordinator Director will be responsible for recruiting and training Volunteer Coordinators in each Harbor/Beacon office. The Volunteer Coordinator Director will be a resource for all Volunteer Coordinators for education, support and compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Must have 2 to 3 years of management experience
  • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent
  • Preferred experience working in the health care field as a Volunteer
  • Must have excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Must have a current driver's license and reliable transportation (mandatory)
  • Must have a warm people-oriented personality
  • Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Clean background and drug screen
