About the role
Envision's Strategic Services practice is looking for experienced hands-on IT leaders to join our rapidly growing team. You will be part of a group that collaborates to develop strategy, drive adoption of modern toolsets, and fosters innovation among Envision's clients. The ultimate goal is to help customers leverage technology to achieve successful outcomes.

Consequently, they are able to conceptualize the "art of the possible" and can articulate how to bring disparate solutions together in meaningful ways.
For example, our team members might have expertise in any combination of the following: Automation, Agentic AI, Bespoke AI models, Data Analytics, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Satellite Communications, Mobility Architecture, or advanced use-cases for Sharepoint, Teams, or Azure. What you'll do
  • Lead a portfolio of clients and be responsible for providing them with a technology strategy and roadmap that aligns with their business objectives.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to develop an intimate understanding of their business and partner with them to create.
    • Technology vision and digital transformation plans.
    • Strategic IT investment roadmaps.
    • Technology implementation schedules.
  • Work closely with the Envision Project Delivery Team to ensure projects identified from the technology roadmap are delivered on-time and within budget and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Lead new client on-boarding process.
  • Identify additional client needs and opportunities to expand our engagement scope.
    • Document all opportunities, client discussions, client initiatives.
  • Be the advocate for client success.
  • Work with the business development team to solution new projects
  • Technical ownership and delivery of end-to-end Office 365 and Microsoft 365 initiatives.
  • Technical architect and manager for a wide range of Microsoft productivity products and services including.
  • Provide technical implementation guidance and best practices.
  • Design client migration plans from legacy systems to Microsoft Cloud Solutions.
  • Assist and deploy NEW and/or additional Microsoft products and services.
  • Building relationships with customers and partners.
