Location: US-Based / Open to hire in AZ, WA, CO, CA
Citizenship: US Citizen Required
Experience: 7+ Years
Seeking an M365 Hands-On Architect for direct employment with our growing team. This role focuses on delivering M365 solutions with an emphasis on GCC environments, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and SharePoint modernization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and deliver M365 solutions across SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations.
  • Support and implement solutions in M365 GCC environments.
  • Deliver SharePoint Online migrations and light customizations (SPFx, Power Platform).
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and client-facing support throughout projects.

Required Skills
  • 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience.
  • Background with GCC or GCC High.
  • Proven experience with T2T migrations.
  • SharePoint Online migration and customization familiarity.
  • Power Platform hands-on knowledge (Power Automate, minimally)
  • Solid M365 identity, security, and PowerShell skills.

Preferred
  • Microsoft certifications (MS-100/102, MS-700, MS-900, etc.).
  • Consulting experience.
