Job description

Qualifying Characteristics:
  • Maintains Christian values, a bold believer, and enthusiastic
  • Upholds the image, mission, vision, and values of TPCS
  • Communicates and engages with staff, families, and guests in a Christ-like manner
Qualifications:
  • Experience working as a receptionist or in a school environment is a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational, communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Greet all visitors and process their licenses through the Hall Pass system to ensure the safety of our students and staff
  • Document and review the attendance of students who are tardy, and check out students leaving the school with their guardians
  • Sign off on incoming packages and ensure they are distributed to the appropriate recipient
  • Assist the school nurse in the event she cannot be in the school
  • Assist and/or monitor students in the office if the principal is not available

This is an as-needed position ($15.00/hour).
