CCTE Hall Monitor

         Log in buses' arrival times/Log out buses' departure times

         Collect attendance from programs of study

         Deliver correspondence from CCTE Office to programs of study

         Meet and greet students, parents/guardians, sending school personnel, and faculty

         Collate reports, materials, and documents

         Retrieve mail

         Generate tardy passes for CCTE students

         Perform general clerical duties (i.e., construct binders, file documents, make copies)
