What You'll Be Doing

Bartenders are responsible for the success of the bar at the restaurant. This includes: 

  • Mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage products.
  • Guiding guests through the menus while demonstrating knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
  • Handle assigned house bank and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Suggesting items based on probing questions to understand what guests like or dislike
  • Providing pleasant and timely service.
  • Anticipating guest needs and ensuring they are set up for a smooth dining experience.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work the hours dictated by the business and schedule set in place by the Manager; Weekend, evening, and holiday work may be necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
