Job Title: Coordinator, Marketing, East West Records

A little bit about our team:

East West Records is a connector across WMG's global ecosystem, working closely with central marketing departments, international repertoire owners, and Global Commercial Services' Digital Account managers, among others. EWR facilitates the U.S. release of both new and established artists signed to Warner Music affiliates around the globe without a U.S. label home. EWR is responsible for global repertoire optimization, partnering on production and scheduling updates, fiscal analysis of revenue results, artist development via U.S. marketing opportunities, and artist advocacy across Warner Music's global affiliate network.

Your role:

If you love global music, maintaining a vast schedule of releases from over 40 countries, scrupulously planning for day-and-date release with the rest of the world, helping artists be best positioned for success upon release, and working with cutting-edge financial and digital strategies on behalf of Warner Music and its global family of artists, this is the role for you. Across various functions, you'll contribute to developing international artists in the global market, crossing borders and expanding their audience. It offers the opportunity to learn about a unique niche of the global music business that Warner excels in, in a fluid, ever-evolving environment.

Here you'll get to:

Repertoire Optimization

  • Support the release & optimization of WMG's international releases each week:

    • Refresh the release schedule for internal & external DSP partners

    • Ensure necessary financial identifiers are in place & alert relevant teams to any discrepancies

    • Relay delivery & mapping issues to Repertoire Owners

    • Review periodic scheduling audits alongside Central Scheduling

  • Prepare Monthly International Priority Report & Audio for WMG Labels

Marketing & Finance Admin

  • Facilitate the end-to-end finance pipeline for U.S. marketing campaigns, including onboarding new vendors, setting up POs, and tracking invoices.

  • Administer and organize East West's submissions into WMG's Global Pitch Tools

  • Monitor, extract, and organize data pertaining to playlists, touring, charting, streaming statistics, and revenue metrics into clean, actionable spreadsheets

  • Conduct regular roster reviews and system cleanups to ensure all artist data is current

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or data-entry role (music industry or media experience preferred)

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask across priorities

  • Expertise with large metadata files

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and GSheets/Excel (especially Pivot tables & VLookup)

    • Airtable, Spotify Analytics, Tableau, Chartmetric, and Sodatone a plus

  • Passion for cutting-edge technologies and innovation

  • Interest in the Warner Music catalog

  • Knowledge of other languages a plus; interest in global music preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills, high EQ, and trustworthy

  • Proactive self-starter and resourceful problem solver
