Staff at a gun range often face challenges such as ensuring strict safety compliance, effectively communicating rules to guests of varying experience levels, and maintaining equipment. Managing these challenges involves ongoing safety training, clear signage and briefings for customers, and regular inspections of firearms and protective gear. Teamwork and strong attention to detail are essential, and most ranges provide structured procedures and mentorship to support new employees in adapting to these demands.
