As a Counter Manager at L'Oreal, you'll have the opportunity to lead a passionate team, represent iconic luxury brands, and drive performance in a dynamic retail environment.ย 

About the role:

  • Lead and inspire the counter team to achieve and exceed sales, service, and productivity targets across all L'Oreal Luxe fragrance brands
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through tailored fragrance consultations and elevated service standards
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base, using strong clienteling and follow-up strategies
  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members through ongoing training, feedback, and performance support
  • Manage daily counter operations, including rosters, reporting, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Ensure the counter reflects the luxury image of L'Oreal Luxe brands through impeccable presentation and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with store and brand teams to execute in-store events, activations, and marketing campaigns
  • Oversee stock management to ensure optimal availability of key launches and core products
  • Champion brand education and innovation, keeping the team informed and inspired by new launches and fragrance storytelling
