The role of a Guest Service Manager is complex and rewarding. You will be working in a fast paced restaurant and your ability to multi-task and deliver our service standards will be your primary focus. As an ambassador of our brand, you will ensure each guest enjoys an extraordinary dining experience and each associate enjoys working for our company. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must:
  • Have minimum one year managerial experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant
  • Have a strong passion and commitment to hospitality
  • Have experience with local community networking
  • Possess a positive, energetic, "can-do" attitude and spirit
  • Possess ability to act as a mentor and nurture professional successes of associates
  • Be able to effectively communicate with team members and guests
  • Be able to efficiently and accurately multi-task and manage time
  • Be of legal age to serve alcohol and hold a current food handlers card
  • Hold a current food handlers card in the state you are applying
  • Have a flexible work schedule
