  • Assist with the training and development of new and existing team members
  • Provide Legendary guest service and lead staff to do the same

  • Respond to guest complaints quickly and resolve them effectively

Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:

  • Passion for guest service
  • Passion for leading and developing people
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize multiple situations
  • Effective communicator and listener with good oral and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift

Restaurant management experience preferred
