 Winvian Farm is a luxury resort experience unlike any other. As a Relais & Chateaux property nestled in the scenic Litchfield Hills, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized service to every guest.

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help create memorable guest experiences by assisting with reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating on-site and off-site activities and excursions.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests in a courteous, warm, and professional manner 
  • Manage hotel reservations and guest inquiries 
  • Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately 
  • Assist guests with arranging activities, dining reservations, transportation, and local excursions 
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service throughout each guest's stay 
  • Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
