A propos du poste

Nous recherchons un(e) Representant(e) au developpement des affaires motive(e) et dynamique pour rejoindre notre equipe GTM en pleine croissance. Vous jouerez un role cle dans le developpement de notre pipeline en identifiant et qualifiant de nouvelles opportunites dans le secteur des logiciels.

C'est un excellent poste pour quelqu'un qui souhaite lancer sa carriere en vente et qui aime la prospection, le developpement de relations et l'apprentissage rapide.

Vos responsabilites

Dans ce role, vous serez amene(e) a :

  • Generer de nouvelles opportunites par la prospection sortante : appels a froid, courriels et reseaux sociaux
  • Qualifier les leads entrants et faire progresser les prospects dans l'entonnoir de vente
  • Rechercher les entreprises cibles, identifier les decideurs cles et collaborer avec notre charge(e) de comptes sur les strategies de pipeline
  • Vous tenir informe(e) des produits Fulltime et du secteur des metiers specialises afin d'interagir de maniere credible avec les prospects
  • Suivre vos activites et vos performances au quotidien pour vous ameliorer continuellement

Exigences

Vous pourriez etre le bon profil si vous :

  • Etes sincerement curieux(se) a l'egard des clients et motive(e) a developper une carriere en vente
  • Possedez d'excellentes competences en communication, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit
  • Etes autonome, avec un grand sens de l'urgence et a l'aise dans des environnements aux processus peu definis
  • Maitrisez le francais et l'anglais, a l'oral et a l'ecrit

Atouts supplementaires :

  • 1 a 2 ans d'experience dans un role en contact avec la clientele ou avec des objectifs de vente
  • Experience prealable avec un CRM
  • Un interet pour l'IA et l'enthousiasme d'apporter des outils modernes a des industries traditionnelles
  • Une connaissance du secteur des metiers specialises ou des services a domicile

About the Role 

We're looking for a driven, high-energy Business Development Representative to join our growing GTM team. You'll play a key role in building our pipeline by identifying and qualifying new opportunities across the software industry. 

This is a great role for someone looking to kick-start a career in sales and who thrives on outreach, building relationships, and learning fast. 

What You'll Do

In this role, you will: 

  • Source new opportunities through outbound outreach: cold calls, emails, and social media 
  • Qualify inbound leads and move prospects through the funnel 
  • Research target companies, identify key decision makers, and collaborate with our AE on pipeline strategies 
  • Stay current on Fulltime's product and the trades industry to speak credibly with prospects 
  • Track your activity and performance daily to continuously improve 

Requirements

You may be a good fit if you: 

  • Are genuinely curious about customers and motivated to grow a career in sales 
  • Have strong communication skills, verbal and written 
  • Are a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and comfort operating in undefined processes 
  • Are fluent in English and French, written and verbal 

Even better if you have: 

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or quota-carrying role 
  • Prior CRM experience 
  • An interest in AI and enthusiasm for bringing modern tools to traditional industries 
  • Familiarity with the trades or home services industry
