Undergraduate Intern, Novo Holdings
Novo Holdings is seeking an Intern to support the Growth Investments team in its North American investment activities over the course of the summer and/or fall semester.

The Job
As an intern, you will join Novo Holdings' Growth Investments team in Boston and support the team in all aspects of its investment efforts. The San Francisco team focuses on investments in North American healthcare and life sciences businesses. This role will pay $26/hour.
Your tasks will include:
o Performing market research on companies and industries to evaluate new sector opportunities
o Applying AI agents to financial workflows
o Conducting financial analysis to assess new deal opportunities and strategic initiatives at existing portfolio companies
o Assisting in due diligence processes on new investment opportunities
o Preparing investment committee materials and internal memoranda on potential and existing investments
o Supporting management of team CRM systems and vendor platforms
