Job description

Specialist Program ManagerThe 3D Systems team in Littleton, Colorado is seeking an experienced Specialist Program Manager with a strong technical background and proven project management expertise to lead strategic initiatives that support product onboarding, new product introduction (NPI), production process development, technology transfer, and continuous process improvement. This role requires a versatile leader who is equally comfortable managing complex, cross-functional programs as well as directly leading individual projects from initiation through successful completion. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to oversee a portfolio of interconnected initiatives while seamlessly transitioning into a hands-on project management role when business priorities require focused execution. Whether driving product realization efforts, equipment implementation, process validation, manufacturing transfers, operational improvement initiatives, or customer onboarding projects, this individual will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills, the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks. The Senior Program Manager will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Commercial, and Customer teams to ensure successful execution while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.Competitive Pay: $129,300- $193,900 per year.
