JOB SUMMARY
The UVA Community Health Medical Group Program Manager, Radiology is a non-clinical leadership role responsible for the operational, financial, and performance management of radiology physician programs. This role partners closely with radiologist leadership, practice managers, and health system stakeholders to optimize physician scheduling, productivity, and performance while supporting physician engagement, strategic growth initiatives, and sustainable growth.
In addition to overseeing physician-based profit and loss (P&L), this role is integrated into daily radiology physician operations and provides ongoing administrative and operational support. The Program Manager partners closely with physicians to actively manage and coordinate scheduling, operational support functions, and day-to-day operational oversight, while also leading operational marketing and business development efforts, supporting data-driven decision-making, and ensuring a strong support infrastructure for radiology programs.
