Job Summary:
Gold's Gym is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Aqua Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging and dynamic water-based exercise classes. As an Aqua Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering safe, effective, and enjoyable workouts that cater to a diverse group of participants. This position offers a part-time schedule with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
  1. Class Instruction:
    • Lead Aqua group fitness classes following Gold's Gym guidelines and standards.
    • Develop and implement innovative and challenging workout routines that focus on cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, and endurance.
    • Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate participants of different fitness levels and abilities.
    • Demonstrate proper form and technique to ensure participants exercise safely and effectively.
  2. Motivation and Engagement:
    • Create a positive and energetic atmosphere during classes to motivate and inspire participants.
    • Provide clear and concise instructions, cues, and feedback to help participants perform exercises correctly.
    • Offer encouragement and support to participants, fostering a sense of community and achievement.
  3. Safety and Risk Management:
    • Ensure the safety of participants by enforcing pool rules and guidelines.
