Position Summary: In general the holder of this position is responsible for directing, administering and maintaining the district facilities and building management program throughout the district and maximizing the beautification of ZCS grounds.  Under general supervision of Facilities and Grounds Manager, this position will train, assign, coordinate and supervise all ZCS facilities and grounds crews and personnel; review all work on school grounds and oversee performance of work.
