We currently have an immediate vacancy for a full-time Grounds Maintenance to provide good customer service, clean, maintain operations at a hotel. The ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and have prior experience in landscaping, custodian or related experience in a hospitality or maintenance setting. The grounds maintenance role encompasses a range of tasks aimed at preserving the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. Responsibilities may include: trimming hedges, planting flowers, maintaining garden beds to create visually appealing environments. The position often involves ensuring that pathways and public areas remain clean and safe for visitors. This role demands an eye for detail, a passion for nature, collaborate closely with other departments to foster a positive guest experience, adhere to safety procedures. Report safety concerns or building issues, such as burnt-out light bulbs perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor or property manager, and a dedication to enhancing the outdoor experience for everyone. -Skills/Qualifications:

Applicants should be capable of performing basic manual labor, including: pressing, pushing, and pulling, carrying a minimum of 25 lbs. (up to 50 lbs.), reaching overhead, grasping objects, bending, kneeling, walking, crawling, squatting, climbing, stretching, and walking up and down stairs, using a ladder to climb up and down and standing for the duration of their shifts.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Must pass HBM prescreen check

Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English

Previous experience in landscaping, hospitality, maintenance or related roles preferred
