FedEx Ground Operations Manager – Delivery Routes | Cincinnati Area

We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee a FedEx Ground delivery operation in the Northern Cincinnati area.
This role is responsible for daily route planning, driver coordination, vehicle oversight, and communication with station management. The right candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable making real-time decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

  • Build and adjust daily delivery routes for efficiency
  • Manage driver schedules and coverage (7-day operation)
  • Ensure all routes are dispatched on time each morning
  • Monitor route progress and handle issues during the day
  • Coordinate with FedEx station staff and management
  • Oversee vehicle condition, maintenance, and readiness
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and driver performance
What Success Looks Like
  • All routes covered and dispatched on time
  • Drivers supported and performing consistently
  • Efficient routes with minimal overtime
  • Clean safety record and well-maintained vehicles
Compensation
  • Base: $900–$1,000 per week
  • Weekly performance bonus
  • Monthly bonus based on safety, retention, and operations
Total potential: $1,000–$1,400 per week

  • Full-time, including some weekend oversight

  • On-call during delivery hours
