Job Description:
• Manage daily production, including scheduling and distribution of work orders, and ensure all work orders are complete each week
• Maintain and oversee the running of the office duties and needs.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of window cleaners
• Manage cleaners, including performance reviews, discipline, and recognition
• Inventory window cleaning equipment and ensure functionality of equipment
• Handle payments, deposits, and processing
• Assisting in creating customer estimates and proposals
• Conduct weekly safety training for window cleaners and document all safety incidents
• Answering phones, dealing with customer calls, and thank you notes
 
Physical Requirements:
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrists, and arms
• Able to work with arms above head
• Able to bend and squat to ground level
• Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degrees
Job Requirements:
