The Role
We are hiring a contract Recruiting Coordinator to support and scale our hiring operations across technical and business roles.
This role is critical in ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience while enabling our recruiters and hiring managers to operate efficiently. You'll own scheduling, coordination, and candidate communications, while helping improve recruiting processes and systems. This is a high-impact role with exposure across the company and an opportunity to help build recruiting infrastructure from the ground up.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview workflows
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS
  • Assist with job postings and role updates across platforms
  • Support offer coordination and onboarding logistics
  • Help track recruiting metrics and pipeline health
  • Identify and implement process improvements in recruiting operations
  • Ensure an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience
