We are a cashless resort!
Deliver Memorable Experiences as a Server at Greek Peak Mountain Resort!
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? Carvers Steakhouse and Trax is looking for enthusiastic servers to join our Food & Beverage team. Whether in our restaurant or banquet events, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable dining moments for our guests. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have a passion for hospitality, we want you on our team!
Applicants MUST be at least 18 years old and have WEEKEND availability.
What You'll Do:
  • Welcome Guests Warmly: Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a top-tier dining experience.
  • Serve with Excellence: Follow established serving guidelines to deliver food that is beautifully presented, at the right temperature, and meets all quality standards.
  • Keep it Clean: Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe dining and work area at all times.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear dirty dishes promptly and refresh tables with condiments and necessary items to provide a seamless guest experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Upsell and Recommend: Use your knowledge of our menu to assist guests in making choices they'll love.
  • Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to food safety and resort policies to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
  • Assist in Resort Operations: Provide support to other departments when needed to contribute to the overall guest experience.
