Are you a night owl with a knack for numbers, a talent for guest service, and a love for keeping things running smoothly after hours? Join our team at Greek Peak Mountain Resort as a Night Auditor for Hope Lake Lodge & Indoor Waterpark, where your attention to detail and welcoming personality will help us deliver exceptional overnight experiences to our guests.
We're looking for someone who thrives working independently, loves a quiet shift, and takes pride in precision. If you're ready to be the go-to hero of the night, we want to meet you!
This is an overnight position
What You'll Be Doing
Nightly Audits & Reports:
  • Reconcile and close the day's financial transactions.
  • Ensure accuracy across all revenue streams (room payments, credit cards, etc.).
  • Create daily operational and financial reports for management.
  • Guest Services with a smile
  • Greet and assist late-night arrivals and early departures.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with warmth and efficiency.
  • Manage last-minute reservations and resolve any overnight issues

Front Desk Operations:
  • Keep our front desk running like clockwork - answer phones, process payments, and update records.
  • Conduct nightly safety and security checks, ensuring the resort remains safe and serene.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby for guests who may need assistance at any hour.

Administrative Support:
  • Prepare essential end-of-day reports (revenue, occupancy, summaries).
  • Address any billing discrepancies and make sure folios are spot-on for the morning shift.

Collaboration & Communication:
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to meet guest needs.
  • Provide a detailed shift handoff to the incoming morning team.

Compliance & Cleanliness:
  • Follow all resort policies and safety procedures.
  • Keep your work area organized and professional.

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's in Hospitality, Accounting, or related field.
  • Previous front desk, accounting, or customer service experience is a plus.

Skills That Shine:
  • Strong math and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities confidently.

Physical & Work Environment:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and use hands frequently throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 30 lbs.
  • Moderate noise level, safe and secure environment.

Schedule & Availability:
  • Must be flexible to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
