Position Overview:
Cooks at Meráki Greek Grill are responsible for executing our menu with consistency, speed, and attention to quality. This role is essential to delivering the fresh, high-quality Greek food that defines our brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute all menu items according to company recipes and standards 

  2. Work across all stations including appetizers, salads, grill, fry, and gyros 

  3. Ensure proper food preparation, cooking, and presentation 

  4. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times 

  5. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines 

  6. Assist with prep work, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels 

  7. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service 

  8. Support catering production and high-volume service periods 


Qualifications:

  1. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment 

  2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 

  3. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic 

  4. Willingness to learn and be cross-trained across all stations 

  5. Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
