Go Greek Associate

As a Go Greek Associate you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations and ensuring that customers have a positive experience throughout our store. Additionally, as an Associate you will share product knowledge and enthusiasm with our customers by answering any questions, assisting with product suggestions, educating and exposing them to products of interest.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service while demonstrating a passion for our food
  • Greeting Customers and establishing eye contact
  • Responding positively to customer's inquiries and assists customers with purchases, information, and product selection
  • Speaking to customers in a respectful manner and maintain patience in addressing customer concerns
  • Scanning products, processing credit cards and cash handling
  • Providing quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
  • Providing customers samples of our selection with a view to creating sales opportunities
  • Following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Washing, cleaning and preparing of fruit and vegetables according to food safety procedures
  • Cleaning and maintains frozen yogurt equipment, the general store facility, restrooms and kitchen areas
  • Be friendly, courteous and respectful of fellow team members – have a positive attitude
  • Arrive to work on time and ready to work at the start of their shift.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:

· 5 to 7 years of customer-facing experience; looking for maturity in serving customers

Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner

· Requires the ability to learn and maintain knowledge of Go Greek's products and procedures

· Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holiday
