Team Member/FOH & BOH

About Us: The Simple Greek is an interactive concept that combines high quality ingredients, open kitchens, and Greek atmosphere in a fast-casual setting.

Team Members strives to provide stellar customer service; quickly and carefully preparing food and ensuring restaurant operations run smoothly.

Job Description:

Quickly and expertly prepare and serve all food and drinks according to The Simple Greek standards.

Maintain a clean, welcoming workspace and restaurant atmosphere which include keeping track of: stock levels, checking and maintaining tables, floors, windows, soda stations, trash cans, and bathrooms.

Be punctual and take responsibility for your shifts

Flexible Schedules including some holidays, weekends, and evenings.

Excellent oral communication skills.

Ability to build rapport and listen attentively to the needs of customers along with new and current employees.

Work Environment:

Ability to stand, walk, and smile for extended periods of time; stoop or kneel; push, pull, lift, or carry up to 35 pounds; ascend or descend ladders, stairs, or ramps.

Noise level associated with this position is moderate.
