Are you ready to bring your skills and energy to the kitchen? Greek Peak Mountain Resort is hiring Line Cooks with fast-paced, high-volume experience to join our culinary team. If you thrive under pressure, love crafting quality dishes, and are ready to work in an exciting resort environment, we want you on our team!
Applicants MUST be at least 18 years old and have WEEKEND availability.
What You'll Do:
  • Craft Delicious Dishes: Prepare food with precision using pre-described cooking methods and recipes, ensuring every dish is a hit.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Follow proper food temperature, weight, and portion guidelines for consistent results.
  • Stay Clean and Safe: Keep kitchen and storeroom areas organized and spotless while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate Respectfully: Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Support Resort Operations: Step up to assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations across the resort.
