Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graphics & UV Print Production Specialist to join our team. This position combines graphic design, digital printing, laser cutting, and warehouse support. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced custom manufacturing environment where every project is unique.

This role is responsible for creating and preparing customer artwork, operating UV printers and laser cutting equipment, assisting with production workflows, and helping prepare orders for shipping. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality custom products while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Prep

  • Create, modify, and prepare customer artwork for production.
  • Design custom signage, displays, labels, and printed products.
  • Review customer files for print readiness and manufacturability.
  • Generate proofs and communicate design revisions as needed.
  • Prepare production files for UV printing, laser cutting, and CNC routing.

UV Printing Operations

  • Set up and operate UV flatbed printers.
  • Load materials and monitor print quality throughout production.
  • Perform routine printer maintenance and cleaning.
  • Troubleshoot print issues related to artwork, color, and materials.
  • Maintain consistent color quality and production standards.

Laser Cutting & Production

  • Operate laser cutting and engraving equipment.
  • Prepare files and nesting layouts for efficient material usage.
  • Monitor machine performance and ensure production quality.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
  • Assist with finishing processes such as masking, assembly, packaging, and quality control.

Shipping & Warehouse Support

  • Pull materials and finished products for customer orders..
  • Assist with inventory organization and material handling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area.
  • Help load and unload incoming materials and outgoing shipments.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with production equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with UV flatbed printers.
  • Experience operating laser cutters or CNC equipment.
  • Experience in the sign, graphics, printing, or fabrication industry.
  • Knowledge of vector artwork and production file preparation.
  • Familiarity with RIP software and color management.

Work Environment

  • Combination of office, design, production, and warehouse responsibilities.
  • Standing, walking, lifting, and machine operation required throughout the day.
  • Fast-paced custom manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
