By bringing thousands of events and communities onto one platform, Flo creates scale where none previously existed, connecting passionate fans with the sports they love while giving athletes, organizers, and rights holders the tools to reach and engage a global audience.
Flo streams more than 50,000 live events annually across sports, including motorsports, wrestling, hockey, track & field, cheer, jiu-jitsu, NCAA Division II and III athletics, and more. We're looking for people who are passionate about sports, embody accountability, collaboration, curiosity, positivity, grit, and excellence, and are motivated to help grow and elevate the communities we serve.
THE ROLE:

This position features at home and on-site work. Travel to support major events onsite will be part of the role, when necessary. Remote graphics support and training will also be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and create high-quality on-air broadcast elements and motion elements for live production.
  • Perform video editing of show opens, content pieces, and promotional materials for use in live broadcasts.
  • Support live events through onsite Graphics Operator or Graphics Producer roles.
  • Conduct onsite content gathering, including photography and videography, to support post-production needs.
  • Work in a high-event volume, tight turnaround environment to provide critical support for multiple producer teams.
  • Troubleshoot graphics issues and production problems logically, calmly, and efficiently.
  • Develop and train a talent pool of skilled graphic operators to use CharacterWorks

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for creating, preparing, and manipulating high-quality graphic assets for on-air broadcast elements.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects for designing and implementing complex motion graphics, video compositions, and animated show elements for broadcast.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro for non-linear video editing of show opens, content pieces, and promotional materials in a tight turnaround, high-event volume environment.
  • Knowledge of CharacterWorks preferred
  • Background or education in video production. Racing video production experience preferred
  • Experience with storytelling, editing, shooting, lighting, and audio
  • Critical thinking and troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to lead, execute and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Process driven and detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and quick turnaround times on projects
  • Experience and understanding of motorsports storylines and storytelling

We believe that a diverse, inclusive workplace-one where different perspectives are sought out, heard, and valued-is essential to building a company that can truly serve the full spectrum of sports fans.

  • All-hands events hosted annually in beautiful Austin, Texas
  • Annual equity awards for all top performers

  • Generous 401(K) company match vested immediately
  • Progressive parental leave policies
  • Flexible paid time off
  • Hack-a-thons and a full calendar of team-building and social events
