Manage our client's Customer Graphical Technical Center Processes and provide Technical Support to the Customer provide products and services to achieve Customer success, while also maintaining and supporting our client's performance targets of the location.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve a zero-work place injury and incident record by maintaining a clean and organized work place using Lean manufacturing and 5 s techniques. Comply with all our client's and customer Safety requirements including your attendance in monthly safety training and the wearing of personal protection equipment.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels to support the Customer Press schedules, while

Also supporting the our client's Days on Hand Inventory Targets

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures in the weigh up, dispensing and

blending of Inks to meet the Customer color and overall QC standards /specifications.

  • Color matching, including maintenance of customer formulation files.
  • Develop and maintain a plan to work off press returns and obsolete materials and perform

appropriate record keeping functions.

  • Coordinates scheduling of work and assignments for all GTC personnel to ensure Ink

To Press is maintained and serviced, while attempting to align with Overtime cost reductions

  • Provide Technical Support / troubleshoot Customer Press / Ink related issues
  • Document and communicate Technical Issues to our client's Technical Service Representative
  • Maintain Action Register on Customer / Ink Room Process improvements
  • Prepare and maintain accurate manufacturing and quality control records to meet production dates per customer’s schedule, ink adjustments at press, press downtime documents, root cause and corrective actions.
  • Fill in as needed to cover Graphic Technician responsibilities
  • Maintain Graphic Technician performance records, approve ADP time cards and recommend promotion and compensation increase for direct reports
