It combines operations, strategy, design, and fabrication to create exhibits and events that engage communities, generate brand enthusiasm, and educate consumers. The Purpose:
As a Graphic Project Manager, you will oversee internal fabric and graphic production projects from kickoff through final delivery. You will ensure projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and within budget. You will support quality control efforts through check-ins with printers, fabric preppers, vinyl installers, and others supporting a successful show for our clients.
The Job:
  • Manage production work orders with company communication system
  • Coordinate timelines across various production disciplines
  • Review CAD drawings for accuracy and production feasibility
  • Oversee graphic production processes
  • Maintain accurate project tracking within Smartsheet and related systems
  • Communicate project updates and change orders to internal teams
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure success of project.

The Person:
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Clear and detailed communication style
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Smartsheet
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator is a plus
  • A college degree is preferred but not required
