Graphic Design amp; Communications Associate
Position Overview

The Graphic Design amp; Communications Associate will play a key role in strengthening Matthew 25: Ministries’ communications and outreach efforts. This individual will use their strong graphic design skills and social media expertise to create engaging content that tells our story, inspires action, and increases awareness of our mission. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about using design and digital platforms to support humanitarian aid work. This role also requires flexibility and professionalism while traveling to support our disaster relief deployments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop visually compelling graphics, print materials, digital content, and other creative assets to support campaigns, events, donor communications, and programs.
  • Manage and grow Matthew 25: Ministries’ social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social content that aligns with organizational priorities.
  • Monitor trends, engagement, and analytics to optimize social media performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective storytelling.
  • Provide support for video and photography projects, including editing and asset organization.
  • Assist with email marketing, website updates, and other communication initiatives as needed.
  • Represent Matthew 25: Ministries in a professional manner during domestic and international disaster relief deployments, including on-the-ground content creation and communications support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and/or social media management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available and willing to travel for disaster relief deployments as needed.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with video editing software, and photography.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and website content management systems (CMS).

Work Environment
  • Full-time, on-site position based in Blue Ash, OH.
  • Regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
  • Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required for events and deployments.
