Want a seasonal job where you can work outdoors, stay active, and be part of a great team? Ag Partners is hiring Seasonal Grain Operators for the busy harvest season (September through late November). We offer flexible working hours, including weekends. You must be 18 or older and pass a pre-employment drug test. No experience needed -- we'll train you!

Requirements

As a Seasonal Grain Operator, you will:

  • Help load and unload grain trucks efficiently and safely
  • Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment and work areas clean
  • Assist with grain bin operations and monitor equipment
  • Work outside in fall weather
  • Interact respectfully with customers and co-workers


Required Qualifications
  • Able to lift and carry 60 lbs. and do repetitive tasks
  • Able to stand and walk for long periods
  • Work outside in dusty conditions
  • Willing and able to climb grain bins and legs
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Experience in handling grain is preferred, but not required

The starting pay range for this temporary position is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience. You can join our 401k Retirement Plan and get company match at the start of a quarter after 30-days. And earn time off as a temporary employee.
