Summary

CHS, Inc is hiring a Scale Operator in our Mankato, MN soy bean processing facility! This exciting opportunity supports our Global Grains and Processing Division and is responsible for working with customers, product documentation and weighing/grading incoming commodities. This role offers 12-hour rotating shifts of 14 days/nights per month, including weekends and holidays. Apply today! 

Responsibilities
  • Receiving incoming bean documents, input information in Agris system computer.
  • Receive and file meal documents.
  • Receive and file oil truck documents.
  • Hand out meal, oil, and flour documents to customers, weigh trucks in and out.
  • Must be willing to work with fellow technicians in a professional manner.
  • During shutdowns the technician must perform special duties as assigned.
  • Work areas must be kept in a clean, orderly and safe condition
Minimum Qualifications (required)
  • Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations
Additional Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Computer knowledge.
  • Have the ability to relate to managers, office personnel and customers.
  • Be a well organized individual.
  • Must complete annual training classes as required on Environmental, Health and Safety.
  • Must complete a thorough on the job training program
  • Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. If required, selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings to include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and FMSCA Clearinghouse
