About the Role:

The Grain Operator is responsible for monitoring grain quality and inventory levels, as well as operating machinery and equipment used in the grain processing and storage facilities. The Grain Operator will collaborate with team members to maintain safety standards and optimize operational processes. Additionally, this role involves troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in grain handling or a related field is a plus.
  • Must have a current driver's license.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor grain handling equipment and storage bins.
