Job description

Objective:
The Mill Operator is responsible for the precise and timely production, handling, and distribution of feed and agricultural products, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional customer service. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a high standard of quality and productivity. This position reports to the Mill Operations Lead.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • At least 18 years of age

Physical and Environmental Work Requirements:

  • Work performed in outdoor agricultural settings with exposure to varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, precipitation).
  • Exposure to dust, pollen, uneven terrain, and active agricultural equipment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move across uneven or rough terrain for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials or equipment up to 55 pounds.
