Grain Operations Manager Are you a skilled professional with a passion for the agricultural industry? Do you have experience managing grain operations and a desire to lead a team to success? If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a dedicated Grain Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our clients' grain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grain handling, storage, and transportation, as well as proven leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day grain operations, including receiving, drying, storing, and shipping grain
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times
  • Supervise a team of employees, providing training, guidance, and support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, grain quality, and other relevant data
  • Collaborate with farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the facility
  • Implement efficiency improvements and cost-saving measures to increase profitability
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in grain operations management
