Job Summary:
Blue Star Partners is seeking a Jr. Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise system implementation and optimization initiatives. The role involves coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication across stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Support enterprise transformation projects from planning through execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project milestones and deliverables
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and maintain project documentation
• Assist with change management activities and stakeholder communication
• Support testing, training, and deployment activities
• Monitor project risks and help escalate issues as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
• Recent graduate or 1-3 years of project coordination or business analysis experience
• Must demonstrate professionalism and high potential for growth
• Project coordination and organizational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
